Who handles your information

Beijing Yanyan Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as MiravYn™, operates miravyn.com. This policy explains the collection, use, sharing and protection of personal information connected with the store and its services. For applicable data protection purposes, we are the controller of your personal information.

Personal information identifies, or can reasonably be linked to, a person. Anonymous or de-identified information that cannot be linked to a person is not personal information. For information-handling matters, this policy takes precedence over conflicting Terms of Service.

Information and its sources

What we process depends on your interactions, the services used, your location and applicable law. Information may come directly from you, automatically through your device and cookies, from service providers acting for us, or from partners and other third parties.

• Contact information: name, billing and shipping addresses, email and telephone number where supplied.
• Account information: login details, preferences and settings where account features are used.
• Order and transaction information: viewed or selected items, cart or wishlist activity, purchases, payment confirmations, returns, exchanges and cancellations.
• Payment-related and financial information processed through the payment methods and providers available at checkout. Full card details may be handled directly by a payment provider rather than stored directly by us.
• Device and usage information: browser, network, IP address, identifiers and activity on the website.
• Customer support messages and other communications, cookie information and similar technology data, and relevant inferences from these categories.

Why information is used

Keep account access details secure and do not share them with others.

When information is shared

Shopify and external services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about access to and use of the services to provide and improve them. Information submitted through the store is transmitted to Shopify and relevant third parties, potentially in other countries.

Third-party websites and platforms have their own privacy and security practices. Review their policies before using them. Linking to a service does not itself endorse it. Information posted in public or semi-public spaces may be visible to others; we do not control the privacy, security or content of unaffiliated websites.

International processing, retention and security

Our business, customers, providers and fulfillment partners may operate in different countries. Information can therefore be stored or processed outside your country or region, subject to applicable legal requirements. Transfers from the EEA or UK rely on recognized safeguards such as applicable standard contractual clauses, unless the destination has an applicable adequacy determination.

Retention depends on the reasonable needs of order and account administration, customer care, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, contractual enforcement and legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative and technical protections. No transmission or storage method offers complete security, and data may be vulnerable in transit. Avoid using unsecured channels for sensitive or confidential information.

Rights, advertising choices and communications

Depending on your jurisdiction and the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information and other legally available choices. These rights are subject to applicable limits and exceptions.

Where applicable, you may opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising through Your Privacy Choices. Depending on location, a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out for the browser and device; if associated with a Shopify account, it is also applied to that account. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing does not stop non-promotional account or order messages.

For residents of the UK or EEA, additional applicable rights include objecting to or restricting certain processing and withdrawing consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

Send privacy requests to service@miravyn.com. We may verify your identity. An authorized agent may act where permitted, with proof of authorization and any required direct identity verification. We do not discriminate against you for exercising rights and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children and privacy concerns

The store is intended for general retail customers, not children, and is not designed to intentionally collect children’s information contrary to applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age of majority. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of information a child has provided. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of individuals under 16.

Please direct privacy complaints to service@miravyn.com. Depending on your location, you may appeal a decision with us or complain to your local data protection authority. EEA authority information is available from the European Data Protection Board.

We may revise this policy as services, business practices or applicable requirements change. The current version is posted here, with the update date revised and additional notice where legally required.
