Plan for preparation and transit

Order preparation and shipping transit are separate stages. After payment is confirmed, normal processing takes 2–4 business days. Holidays, promotions, unusually high order volumes and other peak periods can extend preparation to up to 5 business days.

Standard shipping to supported United States destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination, carrier operations, customs where applicable, weather, seasonal volume and other transportation conditions can affect transit.

Checkout shows the available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges before you complete payment. Review those charges before submitting your order.

Where an order begins its journey

Inventory availability, product location and the delivery destination determine whether an order is fulfilled through our facilities or designated fulfillment partners. The dispatch location may therefore be different from our business registration address.

Follow your shipment

After dispatch, available tracking details are normally sent by email or provided through the applicable order-tracking method. Allow a reasonable period for the carrier to record its first tracking activity.

An order may occasionally travel in separate shipments because of inventory availability or product location. Separate tracking details may be provided in that case.

If delivery needs attention

Contact service@miravyn.com with your order number if tracking has not changed for an extended period or a shipment seems unusually delayed. We will review the available information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to determine a reasonable next step.

If a package appears lost, also include any tracking information you have. When tracking says “Delivered” but the package is missing, check the mailbox, delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors and carrier notices. If those checks do not locate it, contact us so we can review the circumstances with you.

Enter complete, accurate delivery information at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. An address change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has begun.
