Submitting and reviewing an order

Placing an order confirms that the checkout information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment.

We may reasonably decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, failed payment, an incorrect price, unavailable inventory, a technical error, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.

Product details, prices and promotions

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations and other reasonable factors can cause minor differences in appearance.

Checkout displays product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, taxes where applicable and the final total before an order is submitted. Promotional offers may have eligibility criteria, expiration dates, product restrictions or other conditions stated with the offer.

Genuine errors in pricing, descriptions, stock information or technology may be corrected when identified. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will explain the issue and the available resolution.

Payment and preparation

Payment options are shown at checkout. Orders depend on successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.

Following payment confirmation, processing normally takes 2–4 business days. Holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes may extend processing to up to 5 business days.

Delivery arrangements

Standard shipping to supported United States destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Depending on stock availability, product location and destination, fulfillment may take place at our facilities or through designated partners.

Returns and refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Cancellation and order problems

Ask to cancel promptly, before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor an eligible request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started. A successful cancellation before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee.

For a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed item, send us the order information and supporting photos or video where appropriate. We will review the circumstances and offer a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
